Valentine's Day Delivery Tips for Nassau
- Order the day before. 13 February orders give us maximum flexibility for on-time 14 February delivery. This is our most booked day.
- For hotel deliveries: provide the guest's full name as on the reservation, the specific hotel (Grand Hyatt, SLS, or Rosewood at Baha Mar; tower at Atlantis), and the room number.
- Surprises: tell us it is a surprise so we coordinate room placement with the concierge rather than delivery at the door.
- Same-day 14 February orders are accepted until 12 PM Nassau time. After that, we cannot guarantee same-day fulfilment.
- Ordering from overseas: WhatsApp is the fastest channel. We respond quickly during Nassau business hours (GMT-5).
